shrimp rendang

 

Shrimp rendang ingredients are as follows

a.500 grams of peeled and washed medium size prawns
b. 3 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
c 1 stalk lemongrass bruised
d quarter teaspoon salt
e 1 teaspoon brown sugar
f. 150 ml of thin coconut milk
g. 100 ml coconut milk from half a coconut butter.

For the spices we have to grind it first

- a red chili remove the seeds
- 6 cloves of red onion.
- 5 cloves of garlic
- a teaspoon of coriander
- ginger 1 cm
- 4 pecan brothers

Steps to make

a. saute the spices that have been mashed and kaffir lime stir until fragrant.

b. Add salt and brown sugar and stir until smooth

c. Add the prawns and stir until they change color.

d. Pour the thin coconut milk stir until it boils

e pour the thick coconut milk, stir until smooth so that the coconut milk doesn't break and cook until everything is cooked

5. Wait until the coconut milk shrinks, turn off the stove, serve while warm and enjoy the delicacy of this menu
